Better care sooner
The speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and overall performance of our state of the art engaging AI clinical engine sets it apart. It outperformed top medical ER faculty and PAs from Michigan, UCLA and Univ. of Utah in a triage accuracy study and has proven to increase patient engagement 3-4X for remote patient monitoring (RPM). We spent over 8 years testing and refining our AI and NLP with medical researchers and faculty from some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world. Our clinical engine has over 10,000 symptoms and conditions, hundreds of labs plus physical signs, and a processing speed of 0.3 seconds. It's fully HIPAA compliant and can be deployed quickly. It can even accurately predict hospitalization risk using geo-location data, so we can better anticipate needs and appropriately route patients to the right facility saving critical time and unnecessary expenses.
We help our over burdened providers better manage their Medicare patients with one or more chronic conditions using our AI platform. Approximately, 60% of the 60 million adult Medicare patients suffer from hypertension, while 15% of Medicare patients 65 years old and up have chronic kidney disease and 20% with heart disease. These Medicare patients with chronic conditions account for nearly 85% of our total healthcare cost. They suffer from poor engagement which costs our healthcare system $200B annually and shows up as missed appointments, poor medication adherence, prolonged treatment and unnecessary ER visits all of which contribute to making our healthcare the most expensive on the planet. We will initially target patients with kidney and heart disease, plus hypertension. We offer providers a more efficient and effective remote patient monitoring (RPM) solution that can help them better manage their sickest and most costly patients. Using predictive analytics and AI, our platform engages and empowers these costly patients via proven engagement strategies like health literacy, shared decision making, and personalized messaging based on their socio-demographic profile. All of this helps our solution increase patient engagement 3-4X the national average. Multiple studies have proven that the more activated or engaged a patient is in their own healthcare, outcomes improve and total cost of care decreases. The current national vendor average for patient compliance for RPM is 20-30%. Our higher compliance rates are a win for patients and for providers because it allows them to collect a much higher percent of reimbursement.
We've conducted multiple clinical studies with providers and patients which show the accuracy of our triage (94%+), the high level of confidence patients have in its data, as well as, its ease of use. Our clinical accuracy study was conducted by a total of 15 ER medical faculty and physician assistants with over a decade of experience from UCLA, Michigan and Utah. This study was published in a peer reviewed journal. Our usability studies were conducted by the University of Utah's bioinformatics department using 30 patients and 4 physician assistants.
