Timeline

April 4th: Submissions Open
The Digital Health Hub Foundation will start accepting company submissions starting April 3 across all categories. We are seeking to find the most innovative in-market digital health solutions in the US that are radically transforming healthcare by making healthcare faster, better, simpler and cheaper, and has been proven in improving patient outcomes.

We are looking for mature companies with in-market products or solutions that have been used by a substantial number of patients and healthcare providers and have been verified by a validation study or clinical trial.
EXTENDED to July 14th: Applications Close
The submission window will close on Julu 14th at 11:59 p.m. PST. Please note no extensions will be provided. The system will automatically prevent entry submissions after the deadline.
July 17th - August 11th: Quarterfinalist Judging
Our panel of 1000+ eminent judges will select the top submissions in each category in the Best in Class track as quarterfinalists. For more details on the judging process and criteria, click here.
Week of August 21st: Quarterfinalists Informed
August 28th: Quarterfinalists Announced Publicly
The top submissions in each category in each track, the Quarterfinalists*, will be announced via email, social media and our website.

Selected quarterfinalists will be asked to make a $500 donation to The Digital Health Hub Foundation. This tax-deductible donation subsidizes our production efforts to create a first-rate award event experience. This donation is expected to cover 10-15% of total costs. Non-commercial or pre-funded entity donations will be waived.

Quarterfinalist Companies will have an opportunity to engage with sponsors, VC's, judges and supporters.
August 14th - September 8th: Finalist Judging
Our panel of 1,000+ eminent judges will select the top four submissions in each category for the Best in Class and Rising Star track as our Finalists. For more details on the judging process and criteria, click here.
Week of September 18th: Finalists Informed
September 22nd: Finalists Announced Publicly
The top four submissions in each category for the Best in Class and Rising Star tracks, the Finalists, will be announced via email, social media and our website.
September 25th - September 29th: Finalist Sessions

September 11th - September 29th: Winner Selection Judging
Our panel of 1000+ eminent judges will select the top submissions in each category in the Best in Class track as quarterfinalists. For more details on the judging process and criteria, click here.
October 9th: Winners Announced at the Grand Finale at HLTH
The Rising Star and Best in Class Winning companies for each category along with our Hall of Fame individuals will be announced and crowned by our 2022 Winners and sponsors at our live Grand Finale on October 9th at 5pm. Register for HLTH to attend our Grand Finale, registration opens soon!
