Sentio launched the Feel and Feel Relief programs, the first digital mental health solutions based on effective technologies for data-driven diagnosis, monitoring, and personalized management of mental disorders. Leveraging promising results achieved on Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and its proprietary Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) monitoring platform, the company designed a novel formulation for ADHD to promote a shift in the current ADHD diagnostic and treatment process. Our solutions are designed to provide patients immediate access to care when they need it the most. Through our continuous emotion recognition technology, our participants can receive on-time personalized interventions to help them relax. Also, our online mental health content, which offers a variety of exercises, tutorials, reading material, and our in-app emotional journal can help patients get a better understanding of their current behavioral patterns, triggers of thoughts and emotions, learn new techniques to develop mental health coping skills and improve their behavioral patterns. Remote patient monitoring drives innovation in the healthcare field and introduces new treatment protocols and structured care programs that never existed before. Our programs use remote patient monitoring technology to bring for the first time objective and contextual data to mental healthcare continuously and unobtrusively. Now providers can have insights into their patients’ progress and data of their emotional changes both inside and outside the clinical setting.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are also offering the Feel Relief, a new online tailored MH program to help people navigate through the pandemic or other periods of personal difficulty, maintain their morale and productivity and build emotional resilience. Both programs rely on real-time objective data regarding a person’s emotional state. Our solutions are the only data-driven, human-centered, digital MH programs that leverage continuous monitoring and real-time personalized interventions to improve the quality of care, enhance efficiencies while reducing cost, and triaging people to higher levels of support. As the MH professional receives continuous data about their patient’s emotional state, they can offer personalized support through telehealth. Also, participants can increase awareness and learn self-management techniques to gain extra knowledge of their thoughts/emotions through Feel’s App emotion journal and MH content.

Compared to our competitors in the market, we offer personalized, human-centered solutions to help people receive immediate access to care and improve their emotional wellbeing and resilience. Our programs provide 24/7 access to mental health online material and tailored exercises to help people learn self-management techniques, coping mechanisms and gain extra knowledge of their emotions and thoughts, leading to better emotional habits over time. Program participants and their providers also gain access to uniquely combined objective and contextual data that define an individual’s emotional state, AI-driven digital therapeutics, and data-informed telehealth sessions, which are tailored to the individual’s needs to provide engagement and effectiveness at half the cost of traditional approaches and existing digital solutions. Unlike other offerings, we analyze data from clinical assessment, emotion logs, mood journals, and physiological monitoring data from our devices, and emotion recognition technology to maximize effectiveness in a tailored way for each individual. Our solutions offer at least 50% less expensive rates compared to f2f or remote therapy, driven by improved clinical efficiency, reduction in ER visits, rehospitalization rates, urgent care utilization and medical expenses while providing continuous personalized care access. Our pilots have shown impressive results in quality of care.
Our programs have shown a 66% reduction in depression (PHQ-9 scores), compared to 40% reduction in traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, significantly improved reduction in anxiety (GAD-7 scores) - 64% versus 46% in traditional CBT. Through questionnaires, we have measured 18% increase in quality of life, 38% increase in life satisfaction, while 87% of participants demonstrated improvement in mental health outcomes.
Our solutions offer a unique combination of objective-contextual data to define users’ emotions & patterns, AI-driven tailored interventions & telehealth at half the cost of existing solutions. We are already collaborating with UCSF for our research and winning the Health Awards 2021 will further establish this relationship and help us scale up.
